YLN Mart is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We use Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We apply Firestore security rules to restrict data access by role.

By downloading or using the YLN Mart app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YLN Mart, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
YLN Mart is a platform connecting customers with local kirana merchants for grocery ordering and delivery
You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account (phone number + OTP)
3. Orders & Payments
Placing an order constitutes a purchase intent and is subject to merchant confirmation
Prices are set by the merchant and shown in Indian Rupees (₹)
For loose items (rice, pulses etc.), the final price is calculated after weighing at the shop
Payment must be completed via the in-app UPI or Razorpay flow before order fulfilment
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before the merchant confirms them
Once confirmed and packed, cancellations are subject to merchant discretion
Refunds for valid cancellations are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
5. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for product quality, accurate descriptions, and pricing
Merchants must fulfil confirmed orders within the stated timeframe
YLN Mart charges a 4% platform commission on each completed order
6. Prohibited Conduct
Placing fraudulent or test orders without intent to purchase
Attempting to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform
Providing false information during registration
7. Limitation of Liability
YLN Mart acts as a platform intermediary. We are not liable for product quality issues, delivery delays caused by merchants, or losses arising from third-party payment failures. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in dispute.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
